Country Sourdough

Our most versatile loaf, composed of an all-purpose flour base and a small percent of whole grains (whole wheat and rye).
Whole Wheat Sourdough

30% whole wheat with a touch of honey. I often bake this in loaf pans for a sandwich style loaf.
Whole Grain Seeded Sourdough


>30% whole grain sourdough with pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, and flax seeds.
Semolina Sourdough with Sesame

Sourdough with up to 30% semolina, crusted with sesame seeds. A very popular bread!
Best Effort Gluten Free Sourdough

Gluten free flours composed of brown rice and millet. This bread also contains flax, psyllium, and whole grain millet. Labeled “best effort” because my kitchen is not a gluten free kitchen.
