Hi,
My name is Kristina. I’ve been baking sourdough bread at home since 2017. I am completely self-taught and have adopted techniques mainly from Flour Water Yeast Salt, and Tartine Bread. In 2025 I began making my own yogurt, and then cheese. This here is an attempt to document these projects for myself just as much as anyone else interested.
Why Luddite Baking?
Mostly because I just want to make things with my hands and materials from the earth.
